Under EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. This applies to all non-custom, non-bespoke products purchased at regular price or with a discount.

For custom, bespoke, or made-to-order products, sales are final and these items are not eligible for return, in accordance with EU regulations on goods made to consumer specifications.

To request a return, contact us at hello@inoxsysteme.com within the applicable return period. We will respond within 24 hours with further instructions. Returns shipped without prior request may be refused.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all labels intact. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, opened, or had their labels removed.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is in stock, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of return shipping for refunds or exchanges must be covered by the purchaser. At this time, we do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are non-refundable. However, for EU customers, VAT will be included in the refund amount.

Handcrafted Product Disclaimer

Each piece is uniquely handcrafted using traditional techniques. As a result, no two pieces are identical, and slight variations in texture, finish, and appearance are inherent to the artisanal production process.

Due to the raw and natural characteristics of stainless steel and natural stone, minor surface imperfections such as scratches, irregularities, and natural markings may be present upon delivery. These characteristics are an intrinsic part of the material and do not constitute defects or manufacturing flaws.

Over time, stainless steel may develop a subtle patina, and natural stone may exhibit changes in texture or coloration, contributing to the distinct aesthetic of your furniture piece. This process is a natural evolution of the material and enhances the uniqueness of each item.

By purchasing our handcrafted products, the customer acknowledges and accepts these natural material variations as an essential characteristic of the design.

Damaged Goods & Warranty

Our products are handmade, meaning natural variations and minor imperfections are inherent and contribute to their uniqueness. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@inoxsysteme.com.

If your order is damaged upon arrival or has manufacturing defects, please submit a claim request. We will respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to proceed.

• Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt.

• Faulty products will be replaced with the same item, subject to availability.

• We offer a 2-year warranty on all furniture products, covering material and manufacturing defects. Warranty claims are subject to assessment of proper usage.
